You want to output the date on your page? Use this simple code.

<?PHP
$date = date("m/d/Y&quot
echo $date;
?>

Here are the possible letter you can use to output the date:
a - am or pm
A - AM or PM
d - day of the month in 2 numerals (01 to 31)
D - day of the week in three letters
F - month in letters
g - hour, format 12 hours without zero
G - hour, format 24 hours without zero
h - hour, format 12 hours with zero
H - hour, format 24 hours with zero
i - minutes (00 to 59)
j - day of the month (1 to 31)
m - number of the month (01 to 12)
M - name of the month in three letters
n - number of the month (1 to 12)
s - seconds (0 to 59)
y - year in two numerals (70 to 99)
Y - year in four numerals (1970 to 9999)

Hope this will help some.
