I read the book. The plot is really nice but some people are idiots and actually believe what he says about Jesus and stuff (Magdaleine, what the church hides, all that bull).

I also read the book and I found it fairly good, although I must admit that some parts (the action part) of the novel lacks a little bit of common sense. Besides, the characters, in my opinion, terribly lacks a certain pscyhological depth in their narrative development, since I, as a reader, couldn't even identify myself as the hero or any other character. Besides, the novel conceals a thesis, which is defended by Dan Brown (Jesus' kids and all these stuff), used in order to build a thriller. I'll be seeing the movie, but my expectations are not high.

Sure. You know me. I'll try to be as objective as possible (if I have the time to see the movie).

I heard if you don't read the book, you won't understand a thing... and since I don't like reading books, I'll say no. Besides, already spent my movie money on MI:3

i found that to be (unfortunately) true. usually, people see the movie instead of the book.
