We got an overpaid center with no real winger support... Let's hope that we land Gaborik or Hossa; or that Tanguay signs.

We didn't have the better Hossa. Anyways, if Lecavalier is not coming, I predict another disappointing season. Though Gomez may be good, he was not better than Koivu last year. ______________________ |

so koivu is out for sure? if so, i just hope the next mtl captain will (also) not be able to speak in french, just to get on certain people's nerves

Koivu, Hackett and Theodore were the only reason why I watched most of the regular season games anyway. Granted, I may find a new player in the team to root for next season. Gainey told Koivu and Kovalev to look elsewhere. Koivu got some offers from other teams, but not sure about Kovy.
