So, I'm assuming this might be related to SLI, but every time I try to play a movie on Windows Media Player or even some Starcraft, my entire PC freezes completely forcing me to restart manually. WTFBBQKTHXBAI

Yes they are. In fact I recently even downloaded the "physics" drivers for my NVidia cards. But ya I thought it was that too.

It's pretty funny. Another thing i suspected to cause the problem was my codec. I use ffddshow and thought that compatibility issues were still lingering. I tried Winamp and everything worked beautifully until i switched it from "Classic" view to "Modern" view where I can see a progress bar on the movie I'm watching. So, when i couldn't see the progress bar on winamp because of the mode it was in, it didn't crash. Yet it crashed when a prgoress bar was available. WTF?

I use DivX for the time being and everything works fine. I'm assuming it is in fact the codec but that wouldn't explain y my SC crashes the same way.
