Hello guys, I would really like to know which rare movies you really enjoyed watching, regardless of the country that is producing the movie. Here's a list of rare movies that I liked (no particular order). Seven Samurai (Japan) The Road Home (China) A Tale of Two Sisters (South Korea) Dirty Pretty Things (UK) Monsieur Batignole (France) In the Mood for Love (Hong Kong) Talk to Her (Spain) And you, what are your favourite "rare movies"? ______________________ Are you looking for something different than the mainstream media in order to have a debate? Yes. Cube is definitely a Canadian movie. Ok, here are other rare movies that I am very glad to share with you, even if some of them would be taken for "guilty" pleasures (no particular order, mind you). Taegukgi: The Brotherhood of War (South Korea) Psycho (USA) Enemy at the Gates (USA / Germany / UK) Rashomon (Japan) Fist of Legend (Hong Kong) Infernal Affairs (Hong Kong) eXistenZ (Canada) La Grande Séduction (Canada) Clear and Present Danger (USA) 21 Grams (USA) Who Am I? (Hong Kong) Anna and the King (USA) By the way, I still haven't seen The Downfall, but like most people who feels strangled by studies, I'm looking forward to have a pleasure to watch it. Hey, an alternative name for this thread should be "the thread of forgotten movies."
