ok... what about cube desktop?

Apparently, you can run 6 desktops at a time with that thing. Sounds good, I might give it a try, but I don't know how much RAM this program will eat up.

exactly, that's the main problem. with firefox ridiculously taking up 256mb of my ram when i have lots of tabs open, my options are limited
