ISP charging per more for internet

I guess it's time for some open wireless connections. Everyone should just have wireless routers and then users would be able to connect to their neighbor to get the internet signal which will be repeated across all routers. that'll never work. eventually, they'll have to modify the infrastructure so might as well spare us the costs and change it
