Everyday's a different battlefield Echoes of bombs and missiles inside me My dreams are the only place where I can find peace But everyday is brutal when I realize this was just a dream All this pain is not a test, all this pain is in vain There will be no reward for enduring it all Maybe all this is just a punishment But even all my crimes do not outweight my pain It's not that this was the first day of war But everyday still hurts like the first one This war will never end, no one will ever win Because deep down, I knew I was fighting myself Every battle I win, I don't feel stronger Every battle I lose, I feel weaker But even if I had to fight myself to live I will fight until the end ______________________ |

A very mature style, it will be great if subtle images were used to describe the war in this poem, but it's still a very brillant poem.
